Zero tolerance statement
We will treat our residents and service users with courtesy and respect at all times, and we expect our staff and those working on behalf of the Council to be treated in the same way.
We will not tolerate any abuse, aggression, discriminatory behaviour or violence towards our staff.
If you behave in this way towards those working for or on behalf of the Council, you may be:
- reported to the police
- limited to specific channels for communicating with us
- banned from attending Council premises, or
- have services withdrawn
This policy is to protect our staff, those who work for our contractors, as well as our residents and customers.
