Create a more positive, calmer you and increase your sense of gratitude and happiness with Wellbeing Journaling. Rediscover your inner artist and love for creativity, and over the six weeks, build a journaling habit which helps you with sleep and focus.

We will be creating journaling pages from scratch using scrapbooking and art materials. We will doodle and hand-letter in our journals. Each week, we will explore different self-care topics.

There is a power in sharing the space and journaling together.

This course is designed and led by Bettie Honc, creator of Wellbeing Journaling.
