Free for the first 4 weeks, then £6.73 per session for the remaining 4 weeks

This class is suitable for women only who are experiencing symptoms of menopause. We will cover weights to increase muscle mass which will speed up your metabolism and increase bone density whilst assisting in weight loss. 

We will also cover body weight exercises to strengthen your core and pelvic floor muscles, finishing the workout with a relaxing stretch to aid a restful sleep.

Weekly class for 8 weeks initially.
