Lesnes Abbey will host Bexley’s free annual Eco Festival this year on Saturday 7 September.

The festival will be held at the historic site from 11am to 5pm and is being organised by Cory in partnership with Bexley Council.

No need to pre book a place just turn up on the day. The annual festival is a great free family day out that brings together the local community to learn more about being environmentally responsible through fun, interactive activities.

Indulge in the taste of India, or be taken to the Caribbean, our street food vendors will provide a cultural taste of flavours from around the globe - with vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options available.

On the day there will be something for everyone but here’s just some of the key attractions you can enjoy:

Health & Wellness Zone

How does a gong bath relax you? How does Reiki rebalance your body? Does yoga really help? Come to our Health & Wellness Zone and ask the experts!

Kids Zone

This will include free arts & crafts sessions using recycled material, a Circus Workshop for the kids to learn juggling skills using recycled material, face painting and hair braiding with eco and nature themed designs and an Eco-Quest family treasure hunt.
