The Bexley Business and Employment (BBE) hosted the Talking Business Showcase at Hall Place last week (26 June).
The event celebrates the achievements of local small businesses and entrepreneurs benefiting from the Talking Business programme. It also highlighted the support initiatives available to local businesses as well as providing valuable networking opportunities.
Attendees learned about ongoing support to help their businesses thrive and networked to exchange ideas and form new partnerships. They were also able to find out more about Bexley's small business community and the positive impact of local programs.
Special thanks went to the event sponsors Bexley Homes, The Engine House, and Aletta Shaw Solicitors and the Talking Business contractors CNT Associates Ltd, CPG Executive Consulting, and Retail Revival for making the event a success. The evening featured entertainment from a magician and a live pianist, creating a pleasant atmosphere.
For businesses based in Bexley, the Talking Business programme offers free business support. To apply, visit Bexley Business Support.

The event's success has prompted plans for another possible Talking Business event later this year.
