Bexley is moving to a new online form system to make your experience easier and more convenient when reporting issues, paying for council services, or application requests.

Key features:

• user-friendly – a simpler design in line with Government Digital Service standards
• 24/7 access – submit forms at your convenience – no need to wait for business hours
• secure and private – your personal information is kept safe and confidential

If you have an existing myBexley account, this will no longer work after 2 March 2025.

All of your personal data stored within the myBexley portal will be permanently deleted. Any existing cases raised will not be affected and will be actioned.

Residents who use the system will be able to access everything as normal, there is no need to set up a new account. Some forms will appear slightly different.

If you have ‘bookmarked’ or added a link to a form you use regularly to your ‘favourites’, you will need to amend this address as the old link will no longer work.
