We have sent a letter to all garden waste members to let them know that the service provider for garden waste direct debits has changed.
If you have an email address you should have received this letter by email. If you do not have an email address registered for your garden waste membership you will receive this letter by post.
We are legally required to advise of this change in service provider however no action needs to be taken by garden waste members. The only change that members may notice is that the reference on their bank or building society statement for their Garden Waste direct debit will change and will now be APS Re Bexley Council.
There is no need for members to complete a new Direct Debit Instruction as details of the change will have been supplied to your bank who may also notify you.
