We are always looking at ways to improve online services and have launched a new online reporting tool that can be used by residents to request a number of waste and recycling services including collection of rubbish and recycling bins and replacement bins.
Bexley residents can now use this new reporting tool to access the following services:
- Check bin collection days
- Add waste collection days to a smartphone or computer online calendar (they update automatically when changes are made)
- Report missed bin collections
- Request new rubbish and recycling bins
- Request rubbish and recycling replacement bins
- Request the removal of rubbish and recycling bins (without needing to request a new one)
The new online tool brings a number of service request functions together in one place making it easier for any issues that residents have to be reported and giving them access to information on bin collections.
The next phase of customer improvements that the Council will be working on with its specialist contractor Society Works will provide residents with an online reporting tool that they can use to subscribe to the Garden Waste Service, to book and pay for special bulky collections, to apply for assisted collections and clinical waste collections.
