Bexley residents can now find out real time information online about their bin collection service following improvements we’ve made to our online waste management system.

Working with digital expert Society Works, we’ve developed an online look up tool that will provide residents with information on their Bin Collection Day and with the ability to report Missed Bin collections more easily.

The new look up tool is available at https://waste.bexley.gov.uk

The next phase of customer improvements that we will be working on with Society Works is to provide residents with an online reporting tool to report any issues with Garden Waste and also with the ability to order replacement waste and recycling containers.
