Notice Of Application For Planning Permission For Development Which May Not Accord With The Provisions Of The Development Plan

Proposed development at Pond Farm, Bunkers Hill, Sidcup

I give notice that application is being made by B Jeeves to the London Borough of Bexley Council for planning permission for alterations to the layout of stable with installation of internal fencing and alteration to existing post and rail boundary fence.

Members of the public can view the application, and submit any observations on the proposal, using the Planning Application Information Online system

Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should do so by 2 October 2024, quoting reference 24/01792/FUL. Written responses should be addressed to Development Management, Civic Offices, 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath, DA6 7AT.

The Bexley (Falconwood Station) (Parking Places) (Amendment No. XX) Traffic Order 2024

  1. Notice Is Hereby Given that the Council of the London Borough of Bexley propose to make the above titled Traffic Order under Sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Section 8 of and Part 1 of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985.
  2. The general effect of the above-mentioned Amendment Orders would be to amend the Bexley (Falconwood Station) (Parking Places) Traffic Order 2018:
    - Reduce the existing Resident Permit Parking Bay in front of No. 56 Lingfield Road Falconwood by 5.0 metres
    - The removed section of parking bay which currently operates between 10am and 11pm, Monday to Friday will be replaced with a single yellow line restriction of  '10am and 11pm Monday to Friday’.
    - There is a loss of a single parking place
  3. Copies of the proposed Order, the corresponding Parent Order (and the Orders that have amended that Order); the Council’s Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order and plans which indicate the length of roads to which the Order relates can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at the Contact Centre, 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath, DA6 7AT.   4. Temporary Restriction of Vehicular Traffic Order 2024

West Street, Erith - Notice of Intention

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Herby Give Notice that, to enable Carris Utility Solutions Ltd on behalf of Electricity Network Company Limited to undertake utility asset works, they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
    - Waiting restriction and Loading prohibition – 1 parking by outside 26, 5 parking bays opposite junction of Maximfeldt Road, 3 bays from 38 – 44, 1 bay from 26 to 28, 1 parking bay outside number 7 and 1 disabled bay to be suspended outside 5, West Street, Erith
  2. The Order will come into effect on 23 September 2024 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 26 days.
  3. Whilst the works are in progress, no diversion route will be required.
  4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
  5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

Rydal Drive, Bexleyheath - Notice of Making an Order

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that an order has been made, to enable Highway improvement works by a Bexley Council contractor on behalf of London Borough of Bexley, the effects of which will be the introduction of:
    - Prohibition of vehicular traffic (road closure) in Rydal Drive from the junction with Heversham Road to the junction with Erith Road, Bexleyheath
    - No waiting no loading (parking restrictions) in Rydal Drive from the junction with Heversham Road to the junction with Erith Road, Bexleyheath
  2. The Order will come into effect on 16 September 2024 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 4 days.
  3. Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will be provided via:
    - Heversham Road – Belmont Road – Brook Street – Erith Road and reverse.
    - Heversham Road – Long Lane – Erith Road and reverse
  4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
  5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

Royston Road and Ridge Avenue, Crayford - Notice of Intention

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that, to enable JDT Utilities on behalf of Southern Gas Networks to undertake their Gas Mains Replacement Scheme, they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
    - Prohibition of traffic on Royston Road from the junction with Heathview Avenue to Station Road, Crayford
    - Prohibition of traffic on Ridge Avenue, Crayford
    - Waiting restriction and Loading prohibition on Royston Road and Ridge Avenue, Crayford – the entire length of the road both sides of the carriageway. Restrictions will be removed when not required.
  2. The Order will come into effect on 23 September 2024 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 10 weeks.
  3. Whilst the works are in progress, an alternative route will be provided via:
    - Heathview Avenue, Lower Staton Road, Station Road
    - Vac Ex road closures – Localised diversion routes will be signposted.
  4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
  5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

Paroma Road, Belvedere - Notice of Intention

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that, to enable essential works to the water network by Morrisons Water Services in behalf of Thames Water they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
    - Prohibition of vehicular traffic (road closure) in Paroma Road from the junction with Ripley Road to the junction with Sheridan Road, Belvedere
    - No waiting no loading Place (parking restrictions) in Paroma Road from the junction with Ripley Road to the junction with Sheridan Road, Belvedere
  2. The Order will come into effect on 24 September 2024 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 77 days.
  3. Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will be via:
    - Coleman Road - Upper Abbey Road – Abbey Crescent – Picardy Road – Picardy Street – Gilbert Road
  4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
  5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that, to enable gas mains replacement works by JDT Utilities on behalf of Southern Gas Networks they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
    - Prohibition of traffic (road closure) in Church Road from number 138 to the junction with Fairfield Road, Bexleyheath as and when required
    - Prohibition of traffic (road closure) in Fairfield Road from the junction with Belvedere Road to the junction with Hudson Road, Bexleyheath as and when required
    - No waiting no loading (parking restrictions) as detailed in schedule one of this order.
  2. The Order will come into effect on 19 September 2024 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 3 Weeks.
  3. Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will be via:
    - Hudson Road – Herbert Road – Pickford Lane – Avenue Road – Woodlands Road – Church Road and reverse
    - Localised diversions to be signposted as and when required
  4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
  5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
