Notice of Application for Planning Permission which is a Major Development

Proposed development at 176 Slade Green Road, Erith, Kent

I give notice that application is being made by Uplift Developments Limited to the London Borough of Bexley Council for planning permission for :

Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to vary condition 2 (Approved Drawings) to remove the basement car park of planning permission Ref: 23/01307/FULM for the demolition of existing buildings and construction of four storey building providing 44 residential units and lower ground parking accessed via Bridge Road.

Members of the public can view the application, and submit any observations on the proposal, using the Planning Application Information Online system on the Council’s website.

Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should do so by 12th March 2025, quoting reference 25/00147/FULM. Written responses should be addressed to Development Management, Civic Offices, 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath, Kent, DA6 7AT.

Temporary Restriction of Vehicular Traffic Order 2025

Main Road, Sidcup - Notice of Intention

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that, to enable highway improvement works by a Council contractor on behalf of London Borough of Bexley they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
    1. Prohibition of traffic (Road Closure) in Main Road, Sidcup from the junction with Stafford Road to the junction with Orchard Road, Sidcup
    2. No waiting no loading (Parking Restrictions) in Main Road, Sidcup from the junction with Stafford Road to the junction with Orchard Road, Sidcup
  2. The Order will come into effect on 27 February 2025 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 3 days
  3. Whilst the works are in progress an alternative route will be available via
    1. Main Road, Elm Road, Chislehurst Road, Sidcup By Pass(A20) Green Lane, Foots Cray Road and reverse
  4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

Various Roads, Erith - Notice of Intention

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that, to enable the installation of a new water main by Galliford Try on behalf of Thames Water they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
    1. No waiting no loading (Parking Restrictions) as detailed in Schedule One of this order
  2. The Order will come into effect on 1 March 2025 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 18 months
  3. Whilst the works are in progress no alternative routes will be available

The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that, to enable Southern Gas Networks to undertake their Gas Mains Replacement works, they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
    1. prohibition of traffic in Otford Close, Bexley
    2. Waiting restriction and Loading prohibition in Otford Close, Bexley (both sides of the carriageway)
      Restrictions to be removed when not required.

The Bexley (Crayford Station) (Parking Places) (Amendment No. XX) Traffic Order 2025

  1. Notice Is Hereby Given that the Council of the London Borough of Bexley propose to make the above-mentioned Traffic Order under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Section 8 of and Part 1 of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985 and all other enabling powers.
  2. The general effect of the Bexley (Crayford Station) (Parking Places) (Amendment No. XX) Traffic Order 2025 would be to amend the Bexley (Crayford Station) (Parking Places) Traffic Order 2018 to:
    1. remove the end section of the Resident Permit parking place in front of No. 84 Ridge Way, Crayford.
    2. The removed section of residents parking bay which currently operates between 9.00am and 11.00am, Monday to Friday will be amended from 19.9 metres to 15.7 metres. The removed section of the bay will be replaced with a single yellow line operating between 9.00am and 11.00am, Monday to Friday
  3. Copies of the proposed Order, the corresponding Parent Order (and any Orders that have amended that Order), the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order, and maps which indicates the length of road to which the Order relates, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at the Contact Centre, Civic Offices, 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath, Kent DA6 7AT.

The Bexley (Welling Station) (Parking Places) (Amendment No. XX) Traffic Order 2025

  1. Notice Is Hereby Given that the Council of the London Borough of Bexley propose to make the above titled Traffic Order under Sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended as amended by Section 8 of and Part 1 of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985.
  2. The general effect of the above-mentioned Amendment Order would be to amend the Bexley (Welling Station) (Parking Places) Traffic Order 2018:
    1. Remove the existing Resident Permit Parking Bay in front of 28 Central Avenue Welling.
    2. The parking bay which currently operates between 1.00pm and 3.00pm, Monday to Friday will be replaced with a single yellow line restriction of 1.00pm and 3.00pm Monday to Friday’
    3. Convert the existing ‘Free Parking Bay’ which operates between 1.00pm and 3.00pm, Monday to Friday to a ‘Resident Permit Parking Bay’ which operates between 1.00pm and 3.00pm, Monday to Friday in Tidford Road adjacent to 63 Central Avenue.
  3. Copies of the proposed Orders, the corresponding Parent Orders (and the Orders that have amended those Orders); the Council’s Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Orders and plans which indicate the length of roads to which the Orders relate can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at the Contact Centre, 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath, Kent DA6 7AT.
