I give notice that application is being made by London Borough Of Bexley Regeneration And Assets Team to the London Borough of Bexley Council for planning permission for Erection of a five storey building attached to existing three storey detached building to provide 19 self-contained residential units and 3 commercial units with provision of car parking, cycle parking, refuse stores and associated works.

Temporary Restriction of Vehicular Traffic Order 2024

Carlton Road, Erith - Notice of Intention

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that, to enable installation of a new electricity supply by Compass Infrastructure on behalf of UK Power Networks they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
    - Prohibition of traffic (road closure) in Carlton Road from outside 56 to the junction of Brook Street, Erith
    - No Waiting no loading (parking restrictions) in Carlton Road from outside 56 to the junction of Brook Street, Erith
    - No Waiting no loading (parking restrictions) in Brook Street for 50 meters either side of Carlton Road and Parsonage Manorway, Erith on both sides of the road.
  2. The Order will come into effect on 11 July 2024 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 21 days.
  3. Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will be via:
    - Erith Road – Fraser Road – Bexley Road – Carlton Road
    - Brook Street – Bexley Road –Carlton Road
  4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that, to enable highway improvement works by JB Riney on behalf of London Borough of Bexley they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
    - Prohibition of traffic (road closure) in Bellegrove Road from the junction with Kelvin Road to the junction with Deepdene Road, Welling
    - No waiting no loading (parking restrictions) in Bellegrove Road from the junction with Kelvin Road to the junction with Deepdene Road, Welling
  2. The Order will come into effect on 15 July 2024 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 5 nights.
  3. Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will be via:
    - Eastbound - Central Avenue – Wickham Street – Upper Wickham Lane
    - Westbound - Hook Lane – Westwood Lane

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that, to enable JB Riney on behalf of The London Borough of Bexley to undertake highway improvement works they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
    - Prohibition of traffic on Church Manorway, Erith from the junction with Lower Road to the Entrance to Gyproc Business Park.
    - Waiting restriction and Loading prohibition Church Manorway, Erith from the junction with Lower Road to the Entrance to Gyproc Business Park.
  2. The Order will come into effect on 15 July 2024 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 3 nights from 7pm to 2am.
  3. Whilst the works are in progress, an alternative route will be provided via Lower Road, Picardy Manorway, Anderson Way, Church Manorway and reversed.
  4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

Bellegrove Road, Welling - Notice of Intention

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that, to enable an event (charity truck pull) to take place by Welling Town Business Associates they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
    - Prohibition of traffic – an eastbound directional closure from Bellegrove Road, Welling to Broadway, Bexleyheath outside the kings Arms Public House
    - Traffic management will be under control of the Metropolitan Police in addition they will direct traffic from side roads as and when required during the course of this event.
  2. The Order will come into effect on 13 July 2024 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 1 Day (11.45am to 1.15pm).
  3. Whilst the event in is in progress an alternative route will be available via Welling Way – Rochester Way  - A2 – Danson Road – Park View Road – Welling High Street.

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that, to enable Handrail renewal/repair by Keltbray Rail on behalf of Network Rail they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of Prohibition of traffic (road closure) in Upper Wickham Lane at the junction of William Foster Lane, Welling.
  2. The Order will come into effect on 14 July 2024 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 1 Day.

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that, to enable repair and maintenance work by Morrison Water Services on behalf of Thames Water they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of Prohibition of traffic (road closure) for the entire length of Beltwood Road, Belvedere.
  2. The Order will come into effect on 14 July 2024 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 61 days.
  3. Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will be via Lower Road – Poplar Mount – Parkside Road – Bullbanks Road and reverse.

The Bexley (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Amendment No. XX)  Traffic Order 2024

  1. Notice Is Hereby Given that the Council of the London Borough of Bexley propose to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6, and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Section 8 of and Part 1 of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985.
  2. The general effect of the Bexley (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Amendment No XX) Traffic Order 2024 would be to:

Copies of the proposed Order, the corresponding Parent Order (and the Orders that have amended that Order); the Council’s Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order and plans which indicate the length of roads to which the Order relates can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at the Contact Centre, 2 Watling Omar Tingling on 0203 045 3947.
  4. Any person desiring to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objections and the grounds thereof, to the London Borough of Bexley, Traffic Services, Civic Offices, 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath, Kent DA6 7AT or by email to traffic@bexley.gov.uk within 21 days of the date of this Notice.
  5. Persons objecting to the proposed Order should be aware that this Council would be legally obliged to make any comment received in response to this Notice, open to public inspection.
