Town and Country Planning Act 1990 Section 247 (2A)

Notice of application for planning permission which is a major development

  1. The Council of the London Borough of Bexley hereby gives notice that it is proposing to make an order under section 247(2A) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (“the Act”) authorising the stopping up of an area of highway comprising a triangular grass verge area located behind the footway on the east side of the junction of Bridge Road and Slade Green Road in the London Borough of Bexley
  2. If the order is made the stopping up will enable development to be carried out in accordance with planning permission granted under Part III of the Act with reference: 23/01307/FULM.
  3. A copy of the draft order and Plan BEX/SUO/023 may be inspected free of charge at the Contact Centre, Civic Offices, 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath, Kent DA6 7AT Monday to Friday between 9.30am to 16.30pm (excluding bank holidays and public holidays) from Wednesday 5th June until the 3rd July 2024.
  4. Anyone wanting to object to the making of the order should write to the Council at Legal Services, London Borough of Bexley, 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath, Kent DA6 7AT or by e-mail Legal-Highways@bexley.gov.uk (quoting reference PAY/2134748) no later than Wednesday 3rd July 2024 which is 28 days following the date of this notice. Such objections (including personal data) may be made available to the applicant, the Council, and for public inspection generally. Objections (including personal data) may also be included in public reports to the Council and the Mayor of London and made available to any public inquiry into the draft order. If you do not wish your personal data to be processed in this manner, please state your reasons when submitting your objections.

  2. If the order is made the stopping up will enable development to be carried out in accordance with planning permission granted under Part III of the Act with reference: 23/00254/FULM.
  3. Notice of application for planning permission which is a major development

Proposed development at: Woollett Hall Farm, Water Lane, Sidcup

I give notice that application is being made by Beck Evans (2000) Limited to the London Borough of Bexley Council for planning permission for:

Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to remove condition 5 (Benefit of Land) as no longer have any legal interest in, or connection with, the application site of planning permission Ref: 05/03336/FULM for the alterations and change of use of the barn from agricultural store to dual use as a children's play barn and educational facility with dual use of parts of the farm for recreation/educational activities/agriculture as farm diversification. Provision of 22 additional car parking spaces.

Proposed development at: Car Park Bexley High Street Bexley

I give notice that application is being made by APCOA Parking (UK) Ltd to the London Borough of Bexley Council for planning permission for:

Installation of YEEP Parcel Lockers and security bollards at northern boundary of car park.
