World Mental Health Day is next week (10 October). World Mental Health Day is about encouraging people to come together to talk about mental health.
This year's theme, set by the World Federation of Mental Health, is workplace mental health highlighting the importance of addressing mental health and wellbeing in the workplace, for the benefit of people, organisations and communities.

Crisis support is available through Bexley MIND
- Mind in Bexley Recovery College offers a range of physical and mental health activities based in the community and online (Mind recovery college prospectus of services)
- talking therapies available alongside a 24-hour text support service for those with anxiety, depression or suicidal thoughts
