Application to extend exclusive right of burial

Use this service if you want to:

• pay for an extension of an exclusive right of burial grave lease
• pay for an extension of an exclusive right of burial sanctum vault lease at Hillview cemetery

Before you start

For extension of the grave lease this form must be completed by the person(s) who owns the grave rights and the length of grave lease, including any newly granted extension, must not exceed 100 years. Lease extensions are available for 10, 30, 50 and 75 years

For extension of the sanctum vault lease this form must be completed by the person(s) who owns the rights for the sanctum vault. The lease fee will be the current SV package price less interment fee, vase fee and replacement tablet fee. Lease extensions are available for 30 years
