To monitor how we are doing we will:
use quality checkers to independently review the quality of our services
undertake audits of quality assessment and support planning, and use case studies in line with our vision and priorities
continue to track our performance, while working to improve our personalisation measures - Adult Social Care Outcomes Framework (ASCOF), Self Directed Support (SDS) and Direct Payments (DP) which allows us to offer choice in how care and support is provided
monitor feedback from local people through our Friends and Family Test
