We offer assisted collections for residents who are unable to put their rubbish or recycling out to be collected due to illness or disability.

Assisted collections can also be provided for properties that are not suitable for front-of-edge collections.

Let us know where on your property you can leave your bins (which our team can get to), and we’ll make sure they’re collected from and put back there.

Arrange an assisted collection

Your request will be sent to the Environmental Services Team for approval. A member of staff will contact you within 5 working days to discuss your request.

Please be aware that not all assisted collection requests are approved. Your circumstances will be fully considered before a decision is made.
