Make a travel assistance appeal

Use this service to:

• appeal the type of travel assistance that was offered following your initial application
• appeal a refused travel assistance application
• contest a stage one decision and proceed to stage two

Completion takes around 10 minutes.

Before you start

You need to provide the following information:

• the type of appeal you are making
• the travel assistance options you were given in your application letter
• academic year the decision was made in
• your child's name, address and date of birth
• the reasons for your appeal
• any supporting documents
• your name and contact information
