Residents living in emergency accommodation are charged a weekly rental cost depending on the size and area of the property. You are liable for your full rent and must ensure any benefit claims are kept up to date.

Failure to pay your rent in full when it is due will result in 28 days' notice being given to you to vacate your accommodation. In the event of any difficulty, you should contact us immediately at rentenquiry@bexley.gov.uk or 020 3045 3220.
