Copy documents
If you are unable to locate required documents on the website or they are pre-1995, you can request them by emailing us at developmentcontrol@bexley.gov.uk.
Please note there is a fee associated with providing copies of planning application documents. This fee must be paid prior to commencement of any searches, and it is non-refundable, even if no records are found after searching our archives.
Please note that all copies will be provided electronically.

The above charges are necessary due to:
- The cost of archiving historic records as the Council incurs a charge for maintaining the web portal for CD and microfiche records
- The time and effort needed to interrogate and interpret the historic records and find the relevant documents
