Introduction
Our Adult Social Care Service operates under a statutory complaints procedure in line with the Local Authority Social Services and National Health Service Complaints (England) Regulations 2009 and the Local Authority Social Services Complaints (Amendment) Regulations 2009.
This report details the complaints handled by our Adult Social Care Services from 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023, managed through the statutory social care complaints procedure or our corporate complaints process. Complaints offer valuable insights into service performance, allowing us to learn from mistakes and improve service delivery.
