Complaint performance
In the 2022 to 2023 saw a significant improvement in complaint performance.

The breakdown of complaint performance in 2022 to 2023 over the quarters is as follows:
- Q1: Received 10 complaints, 6 were on time
- Q2: Received 14 complaints, 11 were on time
- Q3: Received 25 complaints, 24 were on time
- Q4: Received 13 complaints, 11 were on time
In 2022 to 2023 period saw an 84% on-time response rate for 62 complaints dealt with in the year, indicating a significant improvement in complaint performance over the previous four years. Performance was particularly strong in the last two quarters due in part to officers dealing with complaints more effectively.
